Building at Tapestry
Homeowners are open to work with their own builder to construct a new home within Tapestry. The development does
have architectural and landscape guidelines. These standards are intended to preserve and protect the original theme
and general design characteristics of the community, and the value and architectural character of the dwellings
and other improvements. Copies of the architectural and landscape guidelines are available from this web site.
At a high level, the steps involved in the Architectural Control Committee review process are:
- Concept Plan Review
- Final Plan Review
- Exterior Color Review
- Landscape Review
ACC Meeting Schedule
- ACC meetings are held on the second and last Tuesday of each month.
- Submittals must be complete and delivered to ACC by 5:00pm Wednesday, the week before the ACC meeting.
No exceptions to the deadline will be considered
- ACC action (approval, denial, contingent approval, approval with comments, etc.) will be issued
within 2 days from the meeting date.
